Don’t let the title fool you, these cookie dough bites are not only delicious but full of nutritional benefits. High in healthy fats, and great as an energising snack! I’ve been making an effort to reduce my intake of grains over the past couple of months, and honestly I feel SO good. The only thing that sucks is it means no oats, bummer. Most of the time that what I would use as the base for bliss balls, or protein balls. This whole no grain thing is definitely getting me creative in the kitchen. The base of these balls are almond meal, they’re sweetened with maple syrup and the best chocolate EVER. If you haven’t tried Loving Earth chocolate, I highly highly recommend it! It’s dairy free, naturally sweetened and tastes so good even your non-vegan pals will love it.
