HOW DO YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOU STILL FIND TIME FOR YOURSELF WHILE BALANCING BEING A BUSY MOM AND RUNNING A BUSINESS?

Belinda: This the most important fact is NO GUILT for finding Mum time to chillax. This is a must allocate into your life every single day. I try to do this with my training or I will have a bath or mini facial or sometimes it’s just 30 minutes fresh air walk or a dream hour. Book in a monthly afternoon or meet up with friends and never feel guilty. You are not the slave to the family. We as Mums and we deserve time too and we must repeat this to ourselves.

HOW IMPORTANT IS IT FOR YOU TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF HEALTH AND FITNESS?

Belinda: The importance of health and fitness in our lifestyle does begin at home. We are our children’s greatest role model and they copy everything we do from birth. We must show them how to look after their body and be open to discussions and questions. We must show them the skill of cooking and also the basic fitness movements. It as easy as walking daily together as a family and talking about the benefits of food and how certain foods make you feel.
