Name a better time of year, I’ll wait. I am OBSESSED with Christmas time, and basically just December in general. Not only does December bring Christmas but it also brings my birthday, Boxing day, and New Years eve. Pardddday. On top of that, everyone (minus the grinch) is always in a better mood this time of year. Work has finished, the sun is shining and the possibilities are endless!
With all the excitement and festivities, it’s no wonder people can go a little food and sugar cray cray. Fear not, ya gal is bringing you all the Chrissy faves, healthified of course! I am so determined to be organised and on top of the game for once in my life. Usually I start making recipes literally a day before Christmas… ha, oops. First recipe and it’s only December 4th, look at me go. This healthy paleo gingerbread puts the OG gingerbread to shame. The flour, sugar, butter is SO unnecessary – even my KFC loving sister said she enjoyed my version better! A warning, these healthy paleo gingerbread men aren’t crispy and hard they’re soft, chewy, sweet and spicy. You’ll just have to try it for yourself and find out!
