I love showing people that living a healthy and balanced lifestyle does not mean grilled chicken with steamed veggies every meal and running on a treadmill day in, day out.

As much as I would like to take full credit for the operation of Healthy Karma I can't. These great people are my go to for advice and inspiration, they keep me sane and for some reason support me though all my dumb ideas.
Giver of life, and the lady who fed me delish food growing up, inevitably leading to my love of cooking. She inspires me, supports me and cleans up almost all my dishes every day.
This guy, literally never stops. The man that made me a 'daddy's girl' growing up and tucked all my t-shirts into my pants. Yup, harry high pants. A complete softy complete with red cheeks just like me.
The love of my life and constant pusher to keep striving for my goals. Rather handy with a camera but unfortunately hates getting in front of it. A daily source of inspiration and has abs i'd like to grate cheese on.
Best friend of 10 years, ultimate gym buddy and muscley girl. Is easily embarrassed and prefers it when I don't stand on tables at cafes for photos. Likes to think of herself as my manager.
My longest (funniest) friend, adventure companion and photographer. Whether I'm dragging her to a pilates class or a new cafe for brunch I can always count on her for my #candidshots.
